HONG KONG PRE-ARRIVAL REGISTERATION PROCEDURE

• Hong Kong pre-arrival registration form is filled out online by clicking on the linkhttps://www.immd.gov.hk/eng/services/visas/pre-arrival_registration_for_indian_nationals.html
• The home page of the Hong Kong Immigration Department will be shown. In that click on the option “Pre-Arrival Registration for Indian Nationals”, and another window will open where your Pre-arrival registration form filling starts.
• Click on “Continue” option and next screen will appear where you can find the “Copyright Notice”,” Privacy Policy”, “Disclaimer for Gov. HK” and “declaration” is found.
• Tick the checkbox where it is shown “I have read, understood and agree to the above Copyright Notice, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
• Once the checkbox is ticked, click on the start button on the right-side end of the screen.
• In the next screen, you will find the list of items required for filling out the pre-arrival registration form.
• Click on “Continue” option on the right-side end of the screen.
• In the next screen, you can see the steps to fill out the pre-arrival registration form for Indian Nationals.
• Tick the checkbox where it is shown “I have read, understood and agree to the Guidance Notes (including the statement purpose thereon) and click on the “Continue” option.
• Next, you can see the eligibility criteria for applying for the Hong Kong pre-arrival registration form.
• Tick the checkbox where it is shown “I have read the above and confirm to be eligible for this online pre-arrival registration”.
• Then click on “Confirm & Continue” option and start filling in the passenger details on the next screen.
• The application form is divided into 9 parts from PART A to PART I.
• In part A, you have to enter the passenger’s Surname, Given Name, Gender, Marital Status, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Residential Address, and Contact Number.
• Part B deals with the details regarding the passenger’s passport, where you have to enter the passport number, place of issue, date of issue, and date of expiry.
• In part C, you have to mention whether the passenger has previous Hong Kong travel history.
• Part D is to enter the previous travel histories in recent 3 years.
• Part E is regarding Employment details of the passenger, where you have to provide details of the employment sector, Name of the Company/ Employer,
• Part F is to enter the details of your visit to Hong Kong which includes the Purpose of Visit, Duration of Stay, and Address of accommodation, and funds available to travel to Hong Kong.
• In part G you have to mention if you have any previous refusal to Hong Kong and other refusal details in Hong Kong.
• Part H is the identification question and Part I is the validation.
• Once all the details are entered, click on “Confirm & Continue” option and the screen will direct you to the details which you entered. You can check and if anything is there to change, you can click on amend option and amend the details accordingly.
• After checking all the details entered, click on the option “I apply for pre-arrival registration on behalf of the registrant”, and enter the details of the visa officer’s name, address, telephone number, and relationship with the registrant.
• Once entered, tick the check boxes, where it ensures that the tour operator is filling this form with the permission of the registrant, and also all the details entered in the application form is true.
• Click on “Confirm and submit” option and you can find the Notification Slip for Pre-Arrival Registration for Indian Nationals.
• Once the details are submitted it takes only one day to receive the pre-arrival registration notification slip.
